CELEBRATE SAVINGS WITH REGULAR VISITS!

We love rewarding our regular visitors! Our pricing is designed around the joy of 6-8 week maintenance grooms, ensuring your pet always looks and feels their best.

If your furry friend goes a bit longer between visits, no worries! Grooms after 9 weeks will have a small added fee, just to cover the extra pampering they'll need.

And if it's been over 16 weeks, we'll welcome your pet back with our New Client welcome rate, ensuring they receive the extra attention and care needed to get back to looking fabulous.

FLEA-FREE FUN AHEAD!

At our salon, we're all about creating a joyful and safe space for our furry guests! Even though our furry friends might occasionally encounter fleas, we're committed to maintaining a sparkling clean and flea-free zone. We meticulously check each pet upon arrival, but to ensure your pet enjoys their time to the fullest, we recommend a monthly flea prevention treatment from your vet.

We're here to make every visit a delightful experience for your pet. In the unlikely event that fleas decide to join the party, we won't hold you responsible. Instead, we'll quickly get in touch to discuss the best approach. If we can't reach you, we'll take gentle action to treat your pet and ensure their comfort, with a nominal fee for this added care included in your grooming service.

TIMELY ARRIVALS & PICK-UPS: ENHANCING OUR SERVICE

We strive for excellence in serving you and your pet, and timely appointments are a big part of that! Arriving on time helps us maintain a smooth schedule and ensures every furry friend receives the attention they deserve. Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to keep the day running smoothly for everyone.

-PICK UP-

We're as excited as you are for you to see your pet's fresh look! 

Picking up your pet on time is appreciated, as it helps us manage our care for all the pets here. If you're unable to arrive within 30 minutes of your pet's ready time, please let us know. A small fee may apply for late pickups, ensuring we can continue providing attentive care to all our guests.

We completely understand that unexpected events occur! 

If you're unable to make your appointment, simply reaching out with a quick call or text at least 24 hours before your scheduled time will help us accommodate your needs and ensure we can serve other clients effectively. Additionally, to make sure you don't forget, we'll send you a friendly reminder text the day before your appointment. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain our schedule smoothly!
